DAY 1 (Saturday)
Arrival
Meeting in the centre of Ennis with the tour guide and the rest of the group for
briefing and get-together dinner.
DAY 2 (Sunday) Spanish Point
Start by heading west towards the Atlantic Ocean and your hotel overlokking Spanish
Point beach where the breakers roll in.
DAY 3 (Monday) Cliffs of Moher
In the morning, take a backroad to the village of Lahinch. After lunch, head for
the Cliffs of Moher before descending in the evening to the village of Doolin,
where the three pubs compete with each other for the best music.
DAY 4 (Tuesday) Ballyvaughan
After a detour loop in the morning, follow the stunning coast road in the afternoon
to the seaside village of Ballyvaughan on the shores of Galway Bay.
DAY 5 (Wednesday) Rest Day - Ballyvaughan
From your hotel in the heart of the Burren, you can enjoy a variety of walking
trips in this unusual limestone landscape.
DAY 6 (Thursday) Kinvara
The road winds along the limestone escarpments of the Burren to the seaside village
of Kinvara. Check out the traditional fishing boats, the Galway Hooker, at the
pier.
DAY 7 (Friday) Ennis
Keeping to the quiet backroads, cycle via the nature reserve around the mountain
of Mullaghmore back to the town of Ennis.
DAY 8 (Saturday) Departure
The tour finishes with a final breakfast together.
