The Ring of Kerry
is famous for its specacular scenery. While the main roads can be busy, the traffic
is avoided by taking some hillier options that criss-cross the Ring and the Dingle
Peninsula.

DAY 1 (Saturday) Arrival
Meeting in the centre of Killarney with the tour guide and the rest of the group
for briefing and get-together dinner.
DAY 2 (Sunday) Killarney to Sneem
Set out on a cycle lane, which winds through Muckross National Park, to Moll's
Gap for lunch. In the afternoon, follow the Ring of Kerry road west to the picturesque
village of Sneem.
DAY 3 (Monday) Ballaghbeama Gap to Glenbeigh
Avoiding the main Ring of Kerry road, cycle over the dramatic Ballaghbeama Gap
to the village of Glenbeigh to stay in an old family hotel.
DAY 4 (Tuesday) Connor Pass and Dingle
Start by taking a coach trip to the village of Camp on the Dingle Peninsula. Cycle
from there over the beautiful Connor Pass down to the town of Dingle
DAY 5 (Wednesday) Rest Day - Dingle
Dingle is a small busy town with plenty of restaurants and musical pubs. Trawlers
tie up alongside yachts in the port. The surrounding countryside is beautiful.
DAY 6 (Thursday) Killorglin
Take quiet backroads to Inch Beach, which is a great spot for a swim before lunch.
Continue in the afternoon to the market town of Killorglin.
DAY 7 (Friday) Killarney
Keeping to backroads, head to the famous Gap of Dunloe and a spectacular cycle
through the Black Valley before returning via Torc Waterfall to Killarney for
a final night on the town.
DAY 8 (Saturday) Departure
The tour finishes with a final breakfast together.
